Refund policy

Returns

I gladly accept eligible returns. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery at info@thegoldenwhimsyco.com to begin a return. Returned items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging, including the pouch/box and jewelry card.

Due to hygienic reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned. Personalized and custom jewelry are also final sale.

For eligible returns, I will provide a prepaid return shipping label. A $10–$15 return shipping fee, based on the cost of the return label, will be deducted from your refund.

If an item is returned worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery and must receive the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to me at info@thegoldenwhimsyco.com to start an exchange. All exchanges must qualify for an exchange. Jewelry must be unworn. All original packaging must be included (pouch/box and necklace/bracelet/earring card) - Due to hygienic reasons, I do NOT accept exchanges on earrings. - I do not accept exchanges on personalized jewelry.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items and earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
